  ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process orders within 3-4 business days (Monday–Friday).

Please note that we have no control over carrier transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.


  FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We offer $9 flat rate shipping within the U.S.

This Policy applies to all orders.  We ship via USPS, UPS & FEDEX


  LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is lost or arrives damaged by the carrier, please contact your carrier and then contact us within 30 days of your order date with proof of communication with the carrier so we can assist you with replacing your items.  If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.  Please reach out at:

  REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. We cannot accept unused or unopened products 7 days after order delivery. 

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Glory Luxe is not responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.  We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 


  PICK UP / DELIVERY

We offer local pick up in Springville & Porterville areas.  Occasionally a drop off may be available for the convenience of the customer.  If you choose PICK UP in your cart when placing your order, you will be contacted with pick up locations.
